Purpose of this role

To support our consultants to provide an exceptional client journey both as they engage with us or as an existing client.

The CSE team member will build a relationship with our clients to ensure that they feel supported, whatever stage of their investment or financial advice journey they may be, working closely with both the commercial and client relationship teams.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Providing 1-2-1 (or 1-2) support for consultants
  • Building relationship with consultant’s clients and keeping them updated of progress in any area in which we are supporting them at all stages
  • Overall responsibility for all client work from initial appointment to annual review
  • Including
    • Report writing
    • Packaging and business processing
    • Generating tax information for consultant to review
    • Letters of authority
    • Withdrawals
    • Valuations
    • General Queries
  • Weekly meetings with Client Relationship Team  to understand any issues or concerns
  • Provision of pipeline updates to commercial team weekly
  • Liaising with the Commercial team on work being undertaken or potential issues on cases for JVs
  • Maintaining a good level of knowledge of the Centralised Investment Proposition
  • Maintaining Data on iO for all clients and reviewing consultant’s client records to ensure these are kept accurate and up to date
  • Working with the Admin team to ensure that they are providing support where needed
